The object of this suit is to quiet title to real property in the name if the New Banister Primitive Baptist Church, or its trustees, according to record title, consisting of approximately 2.0 acres, less that certain off conveyance to the Commonwealth of Virginia, located on the east side of Irish Road (State Route 703) north of its crossing of the Banister River (a portion of GPIN 2404-12-1161), and more particularly described in Complaint and exhibit thereto filed with the Clerk of this Court, be reversion of title or, alternatively, adverse possession, and vest title in the plaintiffs. An affidavit having been made that there are or may be persons whose names and addresses are unknown interested in the subject of this cause, which interest is derived as unidentified and unknown trustee, successor trustees, and/or member of the New Banister Primitive Baptist Church, all of whom are made parties defendant by the general description of “Parties Unknown”, it is hereby ORDERED that each of the foregoing unknown Parties defendant, if any there be, appear and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests, if any, in this cause, on or before September 16, 2019.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Star-Tribune, a newspaper having general circulation in Pittsylvania County, Virginia; and that a copy of this Order of Publication be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held.
