ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, for the delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 1277
All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the Sandy River District of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, containing 1 acre, more or less, and being on the east side of State Road No. 619 as shown on map showing survey or property of John Stockton being conveyed to Lloyd Anderson, prepared by E.L. Moore, C.L.S., dated February 27, 1961, and being further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron stake situated on the east side of said State Road No. 619 at the northwest corner of the tract herein conveyed and said stake at the point of beginning being situated 143.5 feet in the northwestern direction from the electric line pole as shown on said map; thence off the stake at the point of beginning on the east side of said road and continuing with a line, N 26° 5' E 208.5 feet (being 70 feet in a southeastern direction as tie point of house on adjoining property as shown on said map), to a stake on the rear line; thence continuing with said rear line, which is a new line S 20° 55' E 257 feet to a stake; thence off said last mentioned stake on said rear line and continuing with a new line, S 40° 3' W 249.8 feet to a stake on the eastside of said State road (which is 57.6 feet in a southeastern direction from electric line tie pole as shown on said map); thence continuing with the east side of said road, N 10° 6' W 200 feet to the steak at the point of beginning.And being the same property conveyed to Lloyd Anderson from John C. Stockton and Mary A. Stockton, his wife, by Deed dated February 28, 1961 and recorded March 1, 1961 in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Deed Book 406, at Page 479.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions and reservation of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 304, at Page 36.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be severed, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Lloyd Anderson, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 23224 US Highway 29, Gretna, Virginia 24557; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 10, 2020 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this cause.
