ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 2546-00-6987

Account No. 60366

All of that certain lot or parcel of land, with any improvement thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying, and being situate in Staunton River Magisterial District, Pittsylvania County, Virginia and consisting of 15 acres more or less, being designated by said County as Tax Map Number 2456-00-6987.

And being in fact the same property conveyed to Mat Urquhart and Clara Wooding from Anderson Urquhart by Will dated September 14, 1912 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia on November 25, 1912 in Will Book 5 at Page 186.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filled stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Anderson Urqhart, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mat Urquhart, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Clara Wooding, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; V. Wooding, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before December 13, 2019 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this cause.
