In execution of a deed of trust, from MELISSA D. SOTO, dated March 12, 1999, in the original principal amount of $44,543.52, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, as Instrument Number 090002669, Seth E. Twery, P.C. having been appointed Substitute Trustee, by Appointment of Substitute Trustee of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 200002584, due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia on the 22nd day of July, 2020 at 10:45 a.m., that certain tract of real estate known as 3050 Anderson Mill Rd., Chatham, Virginia 24531 situated in the County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, more particularly described as follows:All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, on the northern side of State Route 649 (Anderson Mill Road) and more particularly described as follows:
All of tract A containing 6.452 acres, more or less, as shown on a Plat of Survey for Melissa D. Soto, dated February 16, 1999, by Fred O. Shanks, III, L.S., a copy of which Plat of Survey is recorded in the Office of the Clerk, Circuit Court, Pittsylvania County, Virginia in Plat Book 43, at page 230C.
