A federal jury found Marcus Jay Davis guilty of RICO conspiracy, attempted murder in aide of racketeering, and two weapons charges while committing violent crimes Tuesday in the Danville Division of the United States Court in the Western District of Virginia.
Davis was the only defendant of the Rollin 60s Crips to have his case go before a jury.
The jury adjourned for the evening Monday and returned Tuesday to begin deliberations over four charges.
According to Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) Ronald Huber, Davis was the founder of the Rollin 60s Crips.
