Two shell buildings with an estimated combined tax assessed value of $10 million are coming soon to the Cane Creek Industrial Park.
The Danville-Pittsylvania Regional Industrial Facility Authority voted Monday, July 8 to approve two, 100,000 square foot shell buildings for the industrial park.
The shell buildings will be completed some time in 2020.
According to Pittsylvania County Economic Development Director Matt Rowe, the shell buildings will be located at the entrance of the industrial park on the left hand side when entering from U.S. 58.
