Robbery arrest

The suspect from a robbery that occurred Wednesday in Danville has been arrested according to the Danville Police Department. 

On Wednesday, Oct. 9, at approximately 9:15 p.m., the Danville Police Department responded to 2980 West Main Street, Juniors Convenience Market, in reference to a reported robbery.

After further investigation, on Oct. 10, Danville police charged Luis Eurricue Torres, 19 of Eden, North Carolina, with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and wearing a mask in public.

Luis was arrested and is currently in the Danville City Jail under no bond.
