Virginia Wildlife Center releases recovered bald eagle at Leesville Lake Campground

On Jan. 1, 2020, Ed Clark, president and cofounder of the Virginia Wildlife Center, released a bald eagle recovered 20 miles south of the area in November. The eagle had been treated for lead poisoning.
