Two record-setting high school basketball stars, Grayson Honaker and Will Felton, have elected to play senior-year seasons at Hargrave Military Academy for the 2020-2021 school year.
Honaker was a standout at Honaker High School in Honaker, Virginia, setting a pair of records.
Honaker set a Virginia High School League record last season for most 3-pointers in a game with 17. He also set a school record putting 62 on the board in 32 minutes.
Felton, at 6 feet, 9 inches tall, was a three-year starter power forward at Millbrook High School in Raleigh.
Felton would have become Millbrooks' all-time leading scorer and rebounder next year if he hadn't elected to finish his high school career in Chatham, also becoming the winningest player in Millbrook’s nearly century-long history.
Felton already has collegiate offers from Hofstra and five more schools in the Carolinas.
These two two-star recruits will replace some big names who matriculated from Hargrave into NCAA Division I this year.
