LOCATED IN PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VIRGINIA
Pursuant to provisions of a certain Deed of Trust executed by Paul W. Boyd, Jr. and Kristy C. Boyd, under the date of March 9, 2000, which Deed of Trust is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia as instrument number 00-01812, in the original amount of $93,000.00, a default having occurred in the payment of the debt therein secured and having been requested to do so by the holder of the debt therein described, the undersigned Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12th day of July, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. on the front plaza of the Pittsylvania County Courthouse located at 1 Main Street, Chatham, Virginia, and upon the hereinafter described terms, property commonly known as 715 F.C. Beverly Road, Dry Fork, Virginia 24549, and more particularly described as follows:
LOTS 7 and 8, fronting on the eastern margin of State Road 703, as shown on a Plat of Survey Showing Subdivision of a Portion of the J.W. and Fanny Dallas Estate, dated January 31, 1995, last revised August 7, 1995, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Map Book 43, at page 138G.
This sale shall be for cash or cashier's check to the highest bidder, and bidder's deposit of 10% shall be required at the sale with the balance in 30 days. The Trustee's special warranty deed will be delivered at closing to the buyer or order. The property will be sold "AS IS". All announcements at the time of sale take precedence over this notice.
