ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien the Complainant County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Pittsylvania, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 1337-44-9236 & 1337-53-7836

Account No. 15721

All those certain tracts or parcels of land, together with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:

Parcel One: Beginning at an iron located at the common rear corners of Lots B1 and B2, as shown on the hereinafter referred to map: thence along the common dividing line of Lots B1 and B2. S 54° 10' E 1515.62 feet to an iron, designated "A", located in an old road bed: thence along the old road bed. S 29° 59' W 124.46 feet to a point: thence continuing along the old road bed. S 29° 45' W 251.54 feet to a point designated "B", said point being also located in the present Virginia Secondary Route 855: thence leaving Virginia Secondary Route 855, N 54° 10' W 1723.59 feet to a stone found; thence N 60° 08' E 410.31 feet to the place and point of beginning; being, in fact, all of Lot B1, containing 13.90 acres, more or less, as shown on "Plat Showing Property for Stephen K. Wray and Gladys J. Wray," dated October 10, 1977, made by Wilmarth & Daniels. Certified Land Surveyor. File B234, a copy of which plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Map Book 26, at Page 95.

There is reserved unto Mrs. Lillie H. Slaughter, her heirs, executors, or administrators, the right for the burial of Mrs. Lillie H Slaughter on the gravesite adjoining that of her husband on the cemetery plot (shown as 50 x 50) which is located on Lot B1 herein descried as shown on the aforementioned map. There is further reserved unto Mrs. Lillie H. Slaughter and/or her children and others in their company the right to visit the gravesites in the aforementioned cemetery, such right specifically including ingress and egress from Virginia Secondary Route 85 over Lot B1 for such purpose.

Parcel Two: Beginning as a point in the corner of an old road as shown on the map hereinafter referred to; thence S 69° 49? E 188 feet, more or less, to Virginia Secondary Route 855: thence along the margin of said Secondary Route in a southeastern direction 375 feet, more or less, to the center of said old road; thence in a northeasterly direction along the center of said old road 300 feet, more or less, to the point and place of beginning, and being a small triangular parcel of land between Virginia Secondary Route 855 and the lands now or formerly owned by Wray and Trollinger in the northwestern corner of Farm as shown on "Map Showing Survey of Farm for Esther M Earles," Made April 2, 1966, by H.S. Peirce and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Map Book 3, at Page 81.

And being the same property conveyed to Stephen K. Wray from Stephen K. Wray (also known as Stephen Kessler Wray) and Gladys J Wray (also known as Gladys Jones Wray), Husband and wife, by deed dated June 7, 1989, recorded December 10, 1990, in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Deed Book 887, at Page 802.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of records which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 317 at Page 540, Deed Book 858 at Page 435, Deed Book 1021 at Page 766, Deed Book 643 at page 432, Deed Book 317 at Page 562, Deed Book 700 at Page 652, Deed Book 685 at Page 327, Deed Book 859 at Page 758, and Map Book 26, at Page 95.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without affect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Stephen K. Wray, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 31 Cedarwood Lane, Ashville, North Carolina 28803; James S. Wray, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1135 Carolina Avenue, Eden, North Carolina 27288; John C. Wray, whose last known address in 132 Park Avenue, Southport, North Carolina 28461; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties.Respondent to this action individually and/or by general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before August 29, 2022 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Pittsylvania, Virginia and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this cause.
