Mt. HERMON Va. — Venture Invest Partners recently purchased the Cross Creek Subdivision in Mt. Hermon.

The property on the Pittsylvania County side of Danville is the latest and largest acquisition of Venture Invest Partners (VIP), an energetic and enthusiastic investment group made up of young professionals.

The development, which initially broke ground in 2006 completed 32 finished homes in Phase One, leaving 67 lots for customized development. The vision of this project is to complete Phase Two by bringing 30 new homes to the area. The remaining 37 homes will be built in Phase Three sometime in the near future.

“With the surge of people currently looking to purchase in the Danville area and the expected population growth from the casino development, this project will allow families the opportunity to own brand new, fully customized homes” said Breion Rose, VIP site manager.

The Cross Creek project is the only new build occurring in the Danville-Pittsylvania area with homes projected to begin to go up within the next 3-6 months. These homes are expected to range in the upper $200,000 to low $300,00 range.

Scott Services Construction has been selected by VIP to build the homes in Cross Creek. Future homeowners have an opportunity to select their floor plan, and finishes. There is also the option of bringing their own or choosing from a short list of reputable builders.
