Sovah Health announced today that Sovah Family Medicine Brosville will reopen on Sept. 8 with Kristen Grabowski, MSN, APRN, FNP-C as the provider.

“We are excited to reopen this clinic with Kristen as the provider to serve the needs of the Brosville community,” said Alan Larson, Market President and CEO of Sovah Health Danville. “Her reputation for achieving high levels of quality care and patient satisfaction will be an excellent resource for the community.”

Kristen is no stranger to Sovah Health, as she worked in the Intensive Care Unit before joining Sovah Family Medicine Danville in November 2019. She received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from South University in Savannah (Georgia) and Bachelor of Science of Nursing (BSN) from Western Governor University in Salt Lake City (Utah).

At Sovah Family Medicine Brosville, Kristen is specializing in general health, preventative medicine, hypertension, diabetes, geriatrics and women’s health. She will provide care for all ages from childhood through adults.

Kristen is accepting new patients, and appointments may be made by calling 434-799-2500.

The practice will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., and will accept walk-ins and appointments. Telehealth visits are also available.

The practice is located at 10390 Martinsville Highway in Danville.
