Alexandra Gauldin signed Monday to play softball at Concord University in Athens, West Virginia.

Gauldin is a senior at Chatham High School. She has played softball for 5 years for Chatham High School.

Gauldin has been on the varsity team for three years, and she played junior varsity for two. She has also played travel ball for the last 12 years and currently plays for Firecrackers Wright NC18U.

Her main positions are catcher and third base.

Alex has received multiple awards for playing softball at Chatham High School to include JV Offensive player of the year in 2017, and in 2019, she was named Defensive Player of the Year.

Greg and Jeff Stevens hosted her signing event at their facility on Nunley's Bridge Road. Alex has taken athletic instruction from them for almost 10 years.

Greg and Jeff Stevens have been providing professional athletic training to athletes for more than 18 years. They provide instruction to athletes from the ages 10 years old and up, to include professional athletes.
